Catherine M Hearne, LICSW, PMH-C, EMDR trained 

 

Catherine M. Hearne is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who works with teens and adults. During her 10+ years working as a clinician, she has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, community-based services, residential, and higher education. Catherine is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Counselor (PMH-C) and is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She has expertise in trauma, pregnancy and/or postpartum needs, maternal mental health, life transitions, harm reduction, anxiety, and depression. Catherine utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating evidence-based modalities while exploring mindfulness, strength-based, harm-reduction, and collaborative approaches to best empower clients and their families. Catherine provides telehealth services only on select days typically from 9-4.
